A new season.

The weather has gotten a lot colder and rainy. Seems like fall is coming faster than I imagined. Oh, and typhoons too.

October is one of the busiest months for me at work. That said, there will be a halt in weekly posts from this week onwards till November rings in as I will be away for work with limited internet access.

Welcome, the the inside look.

Mondays, are my most dreaded days as I get back to work again. But comparing to my other days, Mondays are the least crowded ones.

Shift starts at 11am to 8pm for me today. And, yes, I get up right before work and leave in a jiffy. No, I do not put on make up. I don’t know how to.

It takes me at least 12 minutes to walk to work. I have a bike from a friend, but the bike is way too big and high for me (my friend was a big dude) so I still prefer to walk for now.

My workplace is rather chill. I get to work right on the dot and clock in, followed by a change into my work outfit. The day starts with planning and catch up with co-workers. I quite the kepoh aunty with my co-workers.

Today, we have a new employee. I was placed with the responsibility of training and keeping the new employee under my wing, therefore, I spent the day running over some simple details with the new employee and have them observe how work is done here. My busy hours are usually from 4pm to 6pm on Mondays.

The last hour of work is meant for clean up. I usually clean my workplace together with my co-workers who end at that shift too. My most dreaded hour. Yes, toilets are included too.

I leave right at 8pm. Time for me to rest and watch a ton of anime. Once I leave work, that’s where & when I literally leave work behind.

On Mondays, I usually do little to no work. Actually, I do little to no work everyday after work, but I need to justify to myself that I ain’t wasting time. If it isn’t anime (justification: improving Japanese Language ability) then its’ shopping (justification: improving Japanese Language reading skill).

Once I come home from work on Mondays, the weekdays don’t feel that long anymore.

My life is quite the sien aunty life right?

Stay tune for more. Don’t worry, it is not always that sien.
